Couldn't I just find agents myself?
You could, and some developers do. But finding agents is the easy part. The work is vetting them, contracting each one, keeping them selling your site, settling who introduced which buyer, and chasing every sale through to completion. Who can see my data?
Each side sees only what's theirs. Developers see their own sales, deposits and completion funds. Agents see their own buyers and the availability they're approved for, never a developer's finances or another agent's buyers.
I'm an agent. Will you go round me to my buyers?
No. The buyer stays yours, and we never contact them. PlotBot progresses the sale through you, the buyer's solicitor and their broker, and every agent signs a non-circumvention agreement with us.Full terms coming soon
Can overseas agents join?
Yes. UK agents need redress scheme membership and anti-money laundering supervision. Overseas agents join under an introducer agreement, with checks on their licensing, identity and sales record.Full joining process coming soon

What happens if a sale or a site stalls?
You'll know early. A stalling sale turns amber, then red, the delay is named as developer, buyer or both, and everyone involved is told. PlotBot keeps chasing whoever it's waiting on until it moves.
Do I have to change how I work, or get my solicitors to log in?
No. Your solicitors work as they do today, and PlotBot chases them for updates automatically. Developers and agents update their own milestones in a few clicks.
Is any of this live yet?
