Will agents see my company name and the site's address?
Not until you agree terms. Before then, agents see an area-level listing: the town or postcode district, the unit mix and prices, the build stage, incentives and the images you choose. Your name, the site's name, the exact address and the full documents are shared with an agent once you've agreed terms with them.
Couldn't I just find agents myself?
You could, and some developers do. But finding agents is the easy part. The work is vetting them, contracting each one, keeping them selling your site, settling who introduced which buyer, and chasing every sale through to completion. With PlotBot you get vetted agents across five continents on one platform, and software that tracks and chases every sale for you, from day one.
Do I have to give you exclusivity?
Terms are agreed site by site before anything is listed.
Who can see my data?
Each side sees only what's theirs. You see your own sales, deposits and completion money. Agents see their own buyers and the availability they're approved for, never your finances or another agent's buyers.
Will PlotBot contact my buyers?
No. PlotBot never contacts buyers. Sales are progressed through the agent, the buyer's solicitor and their broker.
Is any of this live yet?
Yes. Sales progression tracking, alerts, dashboards and forecasts are in use today with developers and agents on live sites. Site listings, live availability, online reservations and PlotBot AI come next, and founding members get them first.
